Sgt Donald G. Pratt lived in Villa Park, Illinois. His family moved to Los Angeles in 1939 and Don followed at a later date. He enlisted on 20 February 1942 at Ft. MacArthur in San Pedro, California. Boot camp was at Camp Pendleton.He died during a parachute jump near Kamp Lintfort in Germany.
He was in the Battle of the Bulge, in the initial crossing of the Rhine, and should have also had the Army Overseas Service medal.
