Pfc Frank P. Singleton graduated from Chester High School in June 1942. He was working at Sun Shipyard.He enlisted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on 3 April 1943 and was sent overseas in July 1944.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery of Limey, France.
