Pfc Edward K. Fuller graduated in 1943 from Phillips Exeter Academy where he was active in theater, track and swimming.He enlisted in Boston, Massachusetts on 16 August 1943 and trained at Fort Benning, Georgia. He was selected for the Army Specialized Training Program and studied at Randolph Macon College in Ashland, Virginia. After the program was abandoned he trained at Indiantown Gap Military Reservation, Pennsylvania.
He was first buried at Temporary American Military Cemetery in Limey, France.
