Pfc. John G. Dumas, formerly of Monroe, was killed in action in Germany March 6, according to word received by his mother, Mrs. Ida Brown of West Monroe. He has two sisters, Mrs. Letha Franks and Mrs. Maxine Lofton, both of West Monroe.He was first buried at Temporary American Military Cemetery Hamm, Luxembourg, Block R, Row 6, Grave 129.
