Ervin Decker graduated from St. Boniface High School with the class of 1939. He took an active part in the athletic activities of the school and was well liked and tought of by his fellow students and all acquaintances. Following his graduation he was employed at the local granite plant.He was reported wounded in action during an engagement with the enemy in the vicinity of Gemund, Germany and died in a hospital in the vicinity of Eupen, Belgium.
