Pvt Frederick E. Cassidy was employed by the Sun Oil Company at Twin Oaks.He enlisted on 15 September 1943 at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. He joined his unit from a replacement depot on 17 July 1944 and was seriously wounded in action on 8 August 1944. After recovering, he rjoined his unit.
