Pfc Harmon A. Carpenter enlisted in Camp Joseph T. Robinson, Little Rock, Arkansas on 16 May 1944.He attended Hot Spring schools and Washington University and was employed by the REA in Montana before entering service.
He was first buried at Temporary American Military Cemetery Limey, France.
