Pvt Glenn G. Kifer was a mechanic. He was employed by the McNamara and Marlow Ranch before he enlisted in Butte, Montanna on 1 September 1942.He first volunteered for the paratroopers but broke a leg and was send to the infantry.
He is also remembered on the American Legion memorial in the Big Sandy Cemetery, Montana and the Chouteau County veterans memorial.
