Pfc Squibb enlisted in August 1942. Initially he trained with the Air Corps at Eagle Pass, Texas, but was transferred to the Infantry. He arrived in France in February 1945.Pfc Clark Squibb's nephew, Pfc LeRoy J. Rader, the son of his sister Leota, is buried at the Brittany American Cemetery, France.
