Sgt Paul A. De Kowzan enlisted in Baltimore, Maryland on 4 March 1943.He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Limey, France.
On the second and third picture Sgt De Kowzan poses with girlfriend and mother in Fort Jackson in October 1944, just before he was sent to Europe.
