Sergeant Ambrose P. Griffin enlisted on 22 February 1944 at Fort Lewis, Washington.He joined his unit from Replacement Depot on 2 September 1944 and was promoted to Pfc on 19 September and to Sgt 12 October 1944.
He was lightly wounded in action on 19 November 1944 but died the next day.
