Pvt Warren D. Howard enlisted in albany, New York on 14 February 1941. He was stationed at Fort Benning, Georgia, Camp Dorn, Mississippi and Fort G. Meade, Maryland.He is commemorated on a monument unveiled in Ospel, the Netherlands on 6 November 2019 in memory of the American soldiers who fell during the liberation of the town.
