T/5 Dorsie Woods Jr. was a farm hand before he enlisted at Fort Benning, Georgia on 10 November 1942.He was taken prisoner on 17 December 1944 in the vicinity of Schönberg, Belgium and died of malnutrition. The exact location is not known.
