T/4 Bernard M. Hydock graduated from Forest City High School in 1942 and was employed by the Forest City Ice Company.He enlisted in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania on 23 January 1943 and was sent overseas in October 1943.
T/4 Hydock was killed by artillery shell fragments in the face and shoulder.
