2nd Lt Timothy H.E. Bullock was a graduate of St. John's Catholic School and of Bartlesville High School with the class of 1939 before he enlisted at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas in June 1940. He was sent overseas in May 1944.

He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Limey, France.
