Pfc James W. Geltch was married to Annette Beatrice Grauer on 30 August 1937 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.He graduated from Trenton High School in 1931 and was a retail manager.
He enlisted at Fort Dix, New Jersey on 26 April 1944 and was sent overseas in November 1944.
He was reported wounded in action on 26 February and evacuated to a hospital in Luxembourg, where he died of his wounds.
