Pvt Theodore Ryzinski attended high school for three years and was a cook.He joined the Regular Army in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on 15 July 1940 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and first served with the Coast Artillery.
He joined his unit from a replacement depot on 22 September 1944.
