Pfc Frederick G. Bushee enlisted in Rutland, Vermont on 15 April 1942.

He was injured in a truck accident and died from a head and abdomen injury in the 5th Evacuation Hospital that was stationed in Lich, Germany at that moment.

His remains arrived at Margraten on 10 June 1945 where he initially was buried in a temporary grave. After being disinterred and after the cemetery was given a permanent status, he was given his final resting place in March 1949.
