- Remarks or eyewitness statements:
According to A/C 312, piloted by the brother of the pilot of A/C 319, the latter A/C received a direct hit on the left wing, which caught on fire. The A/C immediately fell into a spin and exploded at 18,000 feet. No chutes were observed.
