Edward F. Dalton graduated from the High School of Commerce and Suffolk Law School.He was a former professional baseball player, a veteran of World War I and a practicing lawyer in Newton and Boston for 20 years as a member of the Boston law firm, Greer, Sibley and Dalton.
He died aboard a plane while being flown home.
