1st Lt Robert V. Lloyd attended Lowell Institute and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He was employed at the General Electric Company.He was last seen 6-10 miles off the Dutch coast. Lt Lloyd seemed to have engine problems because one of them was smoking.
