2nd Lt Richard C. Rowe attended Hamilton Technical Institute and was employed at the Otis-Fensom Elevator Company. before he enlisted with the Royal Canadian Air Force in September 1942. He was sent overseas in May 1944. He was later transferred to the United States Army Air Corps.He died of injuries suffered in a crash.
