Pvt Jessie M. Womack attended high school for 1 year and worked in a textile facotry.He enlisted at Camp Livingston, Louisiana on 29 May 1942.
He was taken prisoner of war in Tunisia, North Africa on 17 February 1943 and died in Stalag II-E.
