Pvt Ollie Bedenfield enlisted at Fort Benning, Georgia on 6 April 1944.According to the IDPF, Pvt Ollie Bedenfield died of a gunshot wound. The disinterment directive states that his skull was crushed. He was buried at Margraten on 6 August 1948.
