Last Duty Location: Linnich, Germany VK 97 65 on 7 December 1944.Sgt Hugh D. Johnson, U.S. Army, was killed in action December 7, according from the war department by his wife, the former Dorothy Howell.
In addition to his wife he is survived by a two year old son, Hugh Glendon Johnson; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Johnson, Milner, GA.; a sister, Mrs. Ruby Barksdale Milner, Ga.; a brother, Sgt Alfred M. Johnson somewhere in Italy.
