More information

Pfc William C. Webb graduated from Kelvyn Park High School in 1940.

On one picture, Eugenie Sipers-Bisscheroux, 10 or 11 years of age at that time, poses at the temporary grave of Pfc Webb when the Cemetery still had a temporary status. She is wearing a dress she received from the USA from Jack Campbell. He was a soldier who was stationed for a while in the meadow of her childhood home and called her "my little sister". Eugenie was born in 1935 and died in 2023.
