Pfc Vincenti J. Mirabal attended Toas Day School at Taos, New Mexico for nine years and Santa Fe Indian School for four years.

He was married to Lupe Platero on 31 July 1938 and was an assistant art teacher

He enlisted in Santa Fe, New Mexico on 22 November 1943 and was sent overseas in September 1944.
