1st Lt Paul D. Meyer enlisted in New York City, New York on 4 January 1942.He was married to 2nd Lt Elaine Mitchell on 14 February 1944. Daughter Nancy was born on 24 November 1944.
After the war his widow remarried to his elder brother Henry Meyer. They had two daughters together.
