Pvt Aaron Goldstein enlisted in New York City, New York on 28 July 1943.

His tank was hit. His remains were never recovered. I ca be assumed that his body was completely burned.

Eyewitness account:
"Now rushing forward against moderate resistance, tanks and infantry reached VK880526. Here, direct fire weapons were met. Two medium tanks were hit while trying to take high ground. One M-4 burned; the other was recoverable. Sgt. Arnold B. Stens, T/4 Victor J. Rassier, and Pvt. Aaron Goldstein are missing from burned tank; S/Sgt. Charles W. Holland was wounded and evacuated."
