Pfc John F. Curley worked for the Armstrong Linoleum Corporation in Philadelphia before he enlisted in Allentown, Pennsylvania on 31 October 1942.Pfc John F. Curley was promoted to Private First Class on 1 February 1945.
Pfc Curley died from poisoning in the 56th Field Hospital.
He was initially buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Eisenach, Germany.
