More information

Pvt Francis L. Dennison was a farm laborer before he enlisted at Fort Thomas, Kentucky on 14 March 1944. He was sent overseas on 12 August 1944.

The last letter his wife and parents received was written on 16 November 1944, in which he stated he was ill and confined in a hospital. Apparently, he recovered and rejoined his outfit at the front later.
